Eris Flour Mills

Eris Flour Mills is a fourth-generation family wheat flour producer in Turkey, with roots in the grain trade dating to the 1920s and flour milling begun in 1974. It operates four mills with a combined production capacity of around 2,300 metric tonnes per day (850,000 MT per year), making it one of the country's larger flour producers. Its plants are located near Istanbul, about 20 km from Ambarli sea port, and it runs its own truck fleet for container and bulk shipments.
